These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the RYDE Marketplace website, your purchase of products from us, and your interactions with our staff and services. By visiting our website or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms in full. Please read them carefully before completing your transaction.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use our site or make a purchase from RYDE Marketplace.

General Overview

RYDE Marketplace operates both as an online retailer and physical sales location offering new and pre-owned golf carts, accessories, and parts. All transactions are subject to the following conditions. RYDE Marketplace reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Updated terms will be posted with a revised “Last Updated” date above.

By using our website, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal authority to enter into this agreement.

Products and Descriptions

We strive to present accurate product information, including photos, specifications, and pricing. However, RYDE Marketplace does not guarantee that descriptions, product details, or pricing are error-free. In the event of a pricing or description error, we reserve the right to correct it and cancel or modify any affected order.

All golf carts and parts are sold “as is,” with the condition disclosed to the best of our knowledge at the time of sale. It is the buyer’s responsibility to inspect the cart or product prior to purchase. RYDE Marketplace and its staff are not responsible for disclosing or guaranteeing the cosmetic, mechanical, or operational condition of any item.

Order Acceptance and Payment

All orders placed through our website or in person are subject to acceptance and confirmation by RYDE Marketplace. We reserve the right to cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, pricing errors, or inventory discrepancies.

Accepted payment methods include major credit cards, debit cards, cash, certified checks, or approved financing options. Full payment is required before delivery or transfer of ownership unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Pricing and Availability

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. Product availability may vary, and some items may sell out before updates are reflected online. If an item becomes unavailable after purchase, we will notify you and issue a refund if payment has already been received.

Shipping and Delivery

All orders are processed and shipped from within the United States. Standard processing time is 1–2 business days for parts and accessories. Shipping and delivery terms are outlined in our Shipping Policy. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. RYDE Marketplace is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or circumstances beyond our control.

Golf cart deliveries are scheduled appointments and may include additional fees based on distance and delivery method. Delivery fees are non-refundable.

Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

Returns and exchanges are subject to our individual policy pages:

• Parts Return Policy — Unused parts may be returned within 90 days under specified conditions.
• Cart Exchange Policy — Golf carts are sold “as is” with no returns; exchanges may be arranged within 30 days by appointment.

All sales are considered final once payment is complete unless otherwise noted in writing by RYDE Marketplace management.

Warranties and Disclaimers

All products, including golf carts and parts, are sold “as is” without warranty or guarantee unless otherwise specified in writing at the time of purchase. RYDE Marketplace makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or performance of any item.

Some parts or carts may carry a manufacturer’s warranty. Customers are responsible for contacting the manufacturer directly to initiate warranty claims or support requests.

Limitation of Liability

RYDE Marketplace shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the purchase, use, or inability to use any product sold. This includes but is not limited to loss of revenue, business interruption, personal injury, or property damage.

Our total liability for any claim related to your purchase or use of our products shall not exceed the purchase price of the item in question.

Customer Responsibilities

By purchasing a golf cart or part from RYDE Marketplace, you acknowledge that you are solely responsible for:

• Inspecting the product’s condition before purchase
• Operating your golf cart safely and legally
• Performing regular maintenance and upkeep
• Understanding local, state, or HOA rules related to golf cart usage

RYDE Marketplace is not responsible for damage, injury, or loss resulting from misuse, neglect, or failure to follow safety guidelines.

Intellectual Property

All website content, including logos, images, text, and graphics, is the property of RYDE Marketplace and protected under applicable copyright and trademark laws. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or redistribution of our content is prohibited without written consent.

Privacy

Your use of our website and services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By purchasing from RYDE Marketplace, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described therein.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of South Carolina, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms or relating to your purchase shall be resolved in the appropriate courts located in Greenville County, South Carolina.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
